- Tasting note: Light crimson with red hues. Fruit aromas of plum and cherry with dried herbs and subtle vanilla oak. A soft medium bodied red wine showing generous plum fruit flavours, clove, nutmeg spice and vanilla oak. This wine has a fine tannin structure which supports the fleshy ripe fruit and finishes with lingering plum and cherry flavours.
- Food pairing: great with beef or lamb. Also perfect with roasted or grilled vegetables. Try it with slow cooked beef pot roast, bolognese sauce or braised lamb shanks with rosemary.
